A guided tour by local resident Anastasia Ioannidis, on foot, around Saronida to visit the open air market and Greek produce outlets. Then a talk on the history of Greek tavernas and kiosks will be followed by a cookery lesson at the Saronida Traditional Restaurant where the owner's mother will demonstrate how to make some traditional Greek dishes.

A maximum of 20 participants can take place in the guided tour which is free of charge.

Lunch at the restaurant consisting of typical Greek mezedakia (many small dishes such as taramasalata, aubergine salad, seafood, olives, feta, anchovies, courgette fritters and so on) will be available for €15.

Στη συνέχεια θα ακολουθήσει ομιλία για την ιστορία των ελληνικών ταβέρνων, περιπτέρων και μάθημα μαγειρικής στο Παραδοσιακό Εστιατόριο Σαρωνίδας όπου η μητέρα του ιδιοκτήτη θα δείξει πώς φτιάχνονται παραδοσιακά ελληνικά πιάτα.
